The European Commission has revised some of the information requirements for the registration of chemicals under REACH in 2021 and 2022. From May 1 2023, ECHA will begin reviewing both new registrations and updates to existing registrations against the revised requirements.
ECHA extends the scope of completeness check
The new and revised checks will apply to both new registrations and updates to existing registrations. Registrants should therefore prepare for the changes, as registrations already submitted may not pass the new completeness checks.
ECHA is offering a webinar focusing on the new and revised completeness check rules to help you prepare a complete registration dossier. It will also provide an overview of the process in general.
